Mariner Attitude Survey

Welcome to the Mariner Attitude Survey.
This survey provides a unique opportunity for mariners all over the world to put forward their views on organizational issues, work practices on board, teamwork, leadership and other issues of importance for a safe, efficient and attractive workplace.

A large number of shipping companies and many thousands of mariners will take part in this survey. The Swedish Club Academy AB and the companies participating in this survey urge you to provide as honest and accurate responses as possible, whether your responses would be mostly positive or negative.

The outcome of the survey will help us in identifying strengths and weaknesses in organisations with the primary purpose of increasing pleasure in the work of a mariner, improving working conditions on board and the efficiency of shipping companies.

All survey data are strictly confidential and the results will be presented only at a group level. The Swedish Club Academy AB will not to anyone provide information that could disclose the identity of individuals taking part so feel free to express your honest opinion.
