The Finance & Reinsurance Department is responsible for a wide range of functions. We have the responsibility of cooperating together with the investment banks in managing the Club's financial assets, mainly a mix of bonds and equities. The bookkeeping for the Club is of course another essential task for the department, as well as the responsibility for the Club's reinsurance programs for both Hull and P&I. We also have a controller function within the department, with the task of reviewing the insurance business we are involved in.

The Information Technology Department focus on high service levels for internal and external users, as well as ensuring that our systems are updated and available through a stable, secure technical environment. The work is often project-based, centred on small teams, structured to maximise the contribution of individual expertise. We keep up-to-date with new IT industry developments through training, reading and relationships with external consultants.
