War Risk Insurance 2019 – Notice of Cancellation
Reference is made to the War Risk Circular H&M 421/2019 with the terms for War Risk Insurance in place for existing War Risk Members.
The Association hereby gives notice of cancellation as per relevant Notice of Cancellation Clause for List of Areas of Perceived Enhanced Risk (“Listed Areas”) with effect from 00:01 hours GMT 1 June 2019.
The cover is from that time reinstated with enclosed new amendment of List of Areas of Perceived Enhanced Risk (“Listed Areas”).
The following areas are added:
Middle East
• Oman
• Persian or Arabian Gulf and adjacent waters including the Gulf of Oman west of Longitude 580 E
• United Arab Emirates
The following areas are amended:
Middle East
• Saudi Arabia (Gulf coast)
• Saudi Arabia (Red Sea coast) excluding transits
All other clauses and conditions in the war cover provided by the Association remain unaltered.
