Addition of Rule
A decision has been taken by the Board of the Association to exclude liabilities, costs and expenses from cover in case payment of the same exposes the Association to sanctions, and also to exclude liabilities, costs and expenses if the Association cannot make a recovery from its reinsurers including other IG Clubs under the Pooling Agreement in respect of the cost, liability or expense due to the reinsurer being exposed to sanctions. The additional Rule, 11:4, forms part of 2010/11 P&I Rules. All IG Clubs have issued or are expected to issue a similar Rule to the same effect.
