This is an official notice to advise of the evolution of the situation in IVORY COAST
The curfew ended yesterday 21/12/10 at 05:00 am LT. Ship’s movement ( entrance/exit ) is again allowed at anytime.
The political situation is still confused and tension very high.
The situation in the port is safe. The day shift ends at 19:00 hrs and night shift at 05:00 as usual. Cargo removal/delivery operations from port to city and vice-versa are no more subject to time restriction as it was the case during the curfew.
It is still wise for the crews to avoid leaving the ships and going to the city as the situation can deteriorate at anytime.
This is the situation as it rests today, Wednesday December 22nd, 2010, at 17:00 LT.
