Coronavirus - Canada allows crew changes

Arranging crew changes is a growing concern for shipowners as countries close their borders in an attempt to control the outbreak of COVID-19.

Unlike many other port states, Canada now announces that they will allow foreign seafarers to sign on/off vessels in Canadian ports.
