Congratulations to all global members and business partners who completed this year’s Marine Insurance Course (MIC).

The MIC covers the important aspects of marine insurance, ranging from terms and conditions to the practical handling of claims and loss prevention. We focus on three major types of marine insurance: 

• Protection & Idemnity (P&I)
• Hull & Machinery (Marine)
• Freight Demurrage & Defence (FD&D)

The presenters are the Club experts, all contributing with their personal knowledge and experience. After three days of marine insurance insights, the participants are actively involved in the different workshops.

As Mr Yossi A. Prital from ZIM Insurances Dept. Mgr said, ” … I learned a lot during the MIC and I will probably use each and every tool you gave me.

In addition to presentations and workshops, the participants have a valuable opportunity of networking with the Club’s staff and, of course, their fellow colleagues in the business.
