“Fire in engine rooms” and “Loss Prevention trading” were the topics of the morning seminar.

The traditional breakfast seminar, hosted by The Swedish Club Team Norway, started with an introduction by Tore Forsmo, Area Manager and followed by Lars Rhodin, Managing Director and the Club’s state-of-affairs, which shows a strong position, ready for future take-off.

The latest A- rating based on the Club’s capital position, disciplined underwriting, robust performance and reduced volatility proves that we are ready for the future.

Peter Stålberg, Senior Technical Advisor, presented “How to deal with engine room fires”. A visual presentation on how fires may happen, and that time and effectiveness of the response is key. “A swift and effective response within a few minutes may limit the damage, to soot washing and less than USD 200.000 in costs.”, says Peter.
