
Credit Control Officer – Team Gothenburg
Our operation is divided into four teams, located in Gothenburg, Piraeus, Hong Kong and Oslo. We are looking for a Credit Control Officer to our team in Gothenburg.
Work Description
As a Credit Control Officer you are responsible for monitoring and controlling premium income and other payments. The working tasks include:
• Monitoring outstanding premiums and controlling premium income
• Monitoring outgoing claim payments and incoming deductibles
• Reconciliation and matching of premium accounts
• Follow up and reminders in respect of premium payments
• Correspondence with members and brokers
Place of work
The place of work is our head office in Gothenburg. You belong to the team’s Underwriting Support group and you report to the Senior Manager Underwriting.
Qualifications
We welcome candidates with experience from insurance administration or work with reconciliation of accounts. An academical degree is not required but post upper secondary school education is. We believe that a KY or YH education in banking & insurance could be a suitable background.
Good command of Excel is required and so is fluency in English, both oral and written.
