
MRM in Amsterdam
Right after the summer holidays, an MRM facilitator training event was held at Double Tree by Hilton in Amsterdam on 11 September 2014 where a total of 16 participants took part in the said event. The participants from 10 different companies were composed of both incoming MRM facilitators and certified MRM facilitators taking a refresher course.
The course was well-received by the participants which led into insightful discussions about the different MRM principles which can also be applied not only onboard the vessels but also in an office setting.
