We are pleased to announce that Dutch organisation, NTTA Nautical Technical Training Academy BV, have signed an MRM Licence Agreement for 2013, and are beginning their MRM career with the proactive measure of immediately training two Workshop Leaders.

The academy is based in Groningen, Netherlands, and is the sixth Maritime Resource Management provider in the country.
