COVID and quarantine in an off-hire context

What about quarantines speci´Čücally?

Where is the protection for the shipowner when the local authorities impose quarantine restrictions, and the vessel is necessarily delayed for 14 days (or longer), and the charterer inevitably places the vessel off-hire?
