Anglo-Eastern Ship Management adds MRM training centre

Anglo-Eastern Ship Management was one of the first companies in the shipping industry that adopted resource management training in its course programme for mariners. In the mid-1990s, the company signed a licence for resource management training for its Anglo-Eastern Maritime Training Centre in Mumbai, India. The licence agreement has now been expanded to include also the company’s training centre in Manila, Philippines.

Anglo-Eastern (Ship) Management was established in 1974. The primary focus on the provision of Ship Management, Crew Management and New Building Consultancy services to third parties world-wide took shape in the mid 80s – and progressively turned this Hong Kong based company into one of the leading, independent, third party ship managers world wide.

Anglo-Eastern has a pool of over 10,000 professional crew and over 600 full time qualified shore based staff positioned globally.
