The IMO issued a circular reporting that three new traffic separation schemes (TSSs) have been approved and five existing TSSs have been amended. The new TSSs are off the northern coast of Norway, in the approaches to the Thames estuary, and in the Minches. The new and amended TSSs will be implemented on 1 July 2007. COLREG.2/Circ.58
