In the process for application for Maritime Labour Convention Certificates, Members are advised to use the attached Application Form. The Maritime Labour Convention entered into force on 18 January 2017.

When applying for Maritime Labour Convention Certificates for new entries, please use the attached “Policy Year MLC Maritime Labour Convention Application”. This application form contains general undertakings in regard to the issuance of Maritime Labour Convention Certificates.

When applying for renewal of Maritime Labour Convention Certificates during the renewal process, please use the attached “Renewal MLC Maritime Labour Convention Application”.

In the renewal application form, Members are asked to take note of the two undertakings: further to the general undertakings in regard to the issuance of Maritime Labour Convention Certificates, this form also contains a second part referring to undertakings regarding renewal with the Club or within the International Group of P&I Clubs.

Completed forms should be submitted to the Underwriting Team so that Certificates can be produced and sent out.
