The Club refer to its Member Alert of 8 April regarding US designation of a non-US shipowner for having been engaged in shipping petroleum products for PDVSA.

On 12 April, OFAC designated to the SDN List four more shipowners and nine vessels who have been engaged in the trade between the Venezuelan state-owned oil company, PDVSA and Cuba.
