A new record was set this year in the number of attendees at the 7th Marine Insurance Seminar (MIS) in Greece.
Over 50 members and brokers from Greece, Cyprus and The Netherlands attended the MIS, 11 to 13 November 2019 at the Yacht Club of Greece in Piraeus.

Some of the participants have been in the industry for some time and others were completely new in the area of Marine Insurance and Shipping. The course contained an overview of all aspects of Marine Insurance (P&I, FD&D, H&M) including how the risk and assessment process is handled by The Swedish Club’s Underwriters.

Two important aspects of the course were the networking possibilities and increasing one’s knowledge in the different areas of the insurances.
