The Swedish Club had the honour of hosting the first Marine Insurance Seminar in Istanbul. The course was especially requested from our Turkish members, and developed by our experts in Team Gothenburg.

The Team, consisting of; Johan Kahlmeter, Area Manager, Victor Bogesjö, Senior Claims Executive,  Erik Johansson, Head of Underwriting, Marcus Lindfors, Head of Claims P&I, Malin Högberg, Senior Claims Executive, and Fredrik Bergqvist, Claims Executive, guided the participants through a journey of fictive cases where ships encountered problems from the beginning of a trip to the final destination.

The course set-up encouraged participants to be highly active in asking questions and suggesting how to solve the different problems the ships encountered.
