Marine Insurance Course 2007

The Marine Insurance Course 2007 was held at the Club’s Göteborg head office for the seventh consecutive year. 32 people, representing members, brokers, correspondents and re-insurance companies from numerous different countries, attended the five day course. Club employees, all experts in their respective area, gave presentations covering the major aspects of Marine Insurance, such as P&I, Hull & Machinery, FD&D as well as re-insurance and loss prevention.


Dates for next Marine Insurance Course have not yet been set. Further information will be posted on the website in due time.

Workshops are an important part of the Marine Insurance Course. The participants get the opportunity to, with guidance from a Club expert, solve a wide range of problems that claims handlers and underwriters are faced with in the Marine Insurance business today.
