The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) issued a notice reminding shippers and masters of requirements relating to the safe loading, stowage, and shipment of solid bulk cargoes, particularly those susceptible to liquefaction. Cargoes that exceed the Transportable Moisture Limit (TML) should not be loaded, as it may adversely affect the stability of the ship.
