Dear Members,

We would like to emphasize the risk of loading Nickel Ore from Indonesia and especially during the monsoon season. Last autumn three Bulk carriers unfortunately sunk with a total loss of 44 lives. The vessels were: Jian Fu Star (October 27th: 13 fatalities); the Nasco Diamond (November 10th: 21 fatalities) and the Hong Wei (3 December: 10 fatalities).
