The Paris MOU issued a News Release (https://www.parismou.org/ParisMOU/Whats+New/News/News+Detail/xp/selectedcontentitem.2861/default.aspx) stating that, for the period 1 February through 30 April, its member states will conduct a concentrated inspection campaign (CIC) with regard to oil filtering equipment (e.g., oily water separators) and record keeping (e.g., oil record books) on vessels calling in their ports in order to ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the MARPOL Convention.
