A proposed integration of The Swedish Club and Skuld will not proceed. Exploratory discussions, opened earlier this year, revealed many positive synergies between the two Clubs.

The talks were pursued in an amicable atmosphere and the decision not to proceed was taken after much consideration. As a result The Swedish Club will now continue to develop as the preferred choice for discerning owners seeking P&I, hull and other related insurance services.
