Introduction of Mandatory Club Clauses

The terms for Hull & Machinery insurance 2021 was outlined in Circular no 428/2020, and as set out therein, the Association herewith wishes to introduce the following Communicable Disease Exclusion Clauses, to be mandatory for all 2021 marine policies:

C.6  Communicable Disease Exclusion Clause (CEFOR)  – for Nordic Plan policies

C.6.1 Communicable Disease Exclusion Clause – for DTV, ITC, AIHC policies
