The Swedish Club’s Charterers’ Liability Insurance provides flexible, high-limit protection against a wide range of third-party liabilities arising from chartering activities. The cover responds to liabilities connected to cargo, collision, pollution, damage to the vessel and other operational exposures assumed under charterparty agreements., including damage to the chartered vessel.
Please note: This cover is not suitable for bareboat or demise charterers, who should arrange Owners’ P&I insurance.
