Employers’ Liability Register (ELR)
Help seafarers who have suffered injury or illness
The aim of providing the Employers’ Liability Register is to help those seafarers who have suffered injury or illness in the workplace to identify their employer’s liability insurer. Please note that a listing on the register does not constitute an admission of liability on behalf of the Club but merely indicates that the vessel was insured with the Club for the period indicated.
The ELR contains a list of all vessels with an Employers’ Liability coverage taken out, renewed or against which a claim is received or is outstanding on or after 20 February 2011.
The lists are searchable and are updated every month. To search in the lists, press the Ctrl-f keys and type the relevant text.
Please also note that insurance cover is provided subject to the Rules of the Club and the Certificate of Entry issued in relation to the Member’s entered vessel.
