The ROPAXTIME time charter party for passenger-carrying RoRo ferries, approved for publication by BIMCO’s Documentary Committee on 3 June 2015, was presented at the RoRo Shipping Conference in Gothenburg by Anders Leissner, Corporate Legal Director at the Club. Anders was part of the expert working group drafting the contract.

Together with Anna Wollin Elevsen, Senior Legal and Contractual Affairs Officer at BIMCO, they gave a short presentation on the Charter Party for passenger-carrying RoRo ferries explaining that this Charter Party is fitted for modern shipping and is available for subscribers of IDEA2, a web based portal.
The presentation ended with questions and reflections from the audience regarding various aspects of the Charter Party.
