Reference is made to the War Risk Circular H&M 386/2010 with the terms for War Risk Insurance in place for existing War Risk Members. The Association hereby gives notice of cancellation as per relevant Notice of Cancellation Clause for List of Areas of Perceived Enhanced Risk (“Listed Areas”) with effect from 00:00 hours GMT 21 August 2010. The cover is from that time reinstated with enclosed new amendment of List of Areas of Perceived Enhanced Risk (“Listed Areas”).

The changes to the Listed Area is:

Added area
Eritrea, but only south of 15 degrees North

Amended area
Southern Red Sea added to Gulf of Aden (area as defined in the enclosed “Listed Areas”)

Deleted area
Sri Lanka

The Association also gives notice to endorse the Sanction Limitation and Exclusion Clause (as enclosed) to cover. Notice of cancellation will be effective at 00:00 hours GMT 21 August 2010

All other clauses and conditions in the War cover provided by the Association remain unaltered.
