Claims handlers gathered for After Work on Donsö in the Gothenburg archipelago on 16 October. At the restaurant Isbolaget, The Swedish Club’s correspondent and legal experts from Manila presented some common scenarios regarding Filipino crew claims.

Del Rosario & Del Rosario, The Swedish Club’s correspondent in Manila, provided both practical and legal insight into the handling of Filipino crew claims. The Club’s position was presented by Birgitta Hed, Senior Claims Manager and the current Chairman of the IG Personal Injury Subcommittee.

Beside the presentations, the attendees had the opportunity to network with the experts as well as our Underwriters and Claims Handlers.
